Review: The shoulder drape was just so, so weird. Couldn’t make it look even a little bit normal. Also the colour was more yellow/army green than the picture

Review: I did order this dress and received it last week , did try it but it is too big for me. I then return it back to the plastic back and shipped it back for returned and refund. I reived the email that it didn’t pass inspection and will not gonna refund me at all. That’s insane. I have been a valued customer for years never had any returned at all. Also, I tried asking for price adjustment since I did oay more than $100 and now price went down for $65. Customer service said they do not process price adjustment. unbelievable! They are really not helping at all.
